The IPSWICH & DISTRICT RIFLE CLUB 2026 Open Prize Meet will be contested on Sunday 26th July 2026.

That is a couple of weeks away, so we still have plenty of time to prepare.
It is time to get ready. Are you ready?

The club has completed a number of feature improvements, thanks to our members, supporters donors and sponsors.
The 800m mound has been refined prior to the competition, with deepest thanks to our volunteers.

As always, we look forward to seeing you again and enjoying your company on the day.

The Ipswich and District Rifle Club’s Open Prize meet is the Highlight of the clubs calendar. Shot over the 600m and 800m ranges and buffeted by Ripley’s twitchy breezes it is a genuine test for any shooter. The lure of the trying conditions and the wonderful prizes on offer draws competitors in droves from all around to congregate and compete at IDRC’s home range.

The picturesque landscape, delicious BBQ lunch and quality company of club members on our range make it a truly worthwhile day out.
