  • IDRC represents at NRAA Queens
Published by Tim Boase at June 29, 2016

The Natcrest_115x115ional Rifle Association of Australia held their annual Queens Prize shoot at the Belmont Shooting Complex in Brisbane from 22nd to the 26th of June. The week brought together top shooters from around the country for some genuinely tough competition. Ipswich and District Rifle Club was represented by 7 members who competed over the course of the week putting together some outstanding performances. Seasoned Target Rifle A grader, Rob Rush, put together an outstanding shoot to achieve 4th in the Royal Kaltenberg Cup missing a higher placing only on V count. The Queens Grand Aggregate saw Josh Pratt and Alex McPherson achieve a top 5 result in Target Rifle C and F standard B respectively.  Huge congratulations must go to Glenn Rush who finished on top of F standard in A grade. Well done to all IDRC members who competed and we wish you every success for the rest of the Prize meet season.
