QRA Champion of Champions – Saturday morning 8:30am start

  • Open to all Club Champions and Junior Club Champions. (TR, F Open, F Std, F/TR, U 25 TR & U 25 F Class)
  • We will not be running a specific Veteran category.
  • The Championships will commence at 8.30 am, all shot before lunch, to be conducted over:
  • 2 sighters and 15 to count at 600,
  • 2 sighters and 10 to count at 900,
  • 2 sighters and 15 to count at 1000 yards – shot Bisley Style, 2 per target.
  • Competitors must provide a scorer.
  • F Class Under 25 will be shot under the MCSI system to determine the winner.
  • There will be no charge for competitors in this event.
  • The Championships will be shot on electronic targets.
  • The announcement of winners will be made in conjunction with the Sunday Teams Presentations.

City Country Teams Match – Saturday afternoon 12:30pm start and Sunday morning 8:30am

  • We encourage shooters of all standards to participate.
  • Saturday ranges- 2 x 1000 yds 2 sighters and 10 to count
  • Sunday ranges 800 yds & 900 yds 2 sighters and 10 to count
  • Nominations for City and Country Teams can be made on the registration link.

Following shooting on saturday the annual general meeting will be held.

  • The AGM is open to all financial members.
  • A member forum will be held after the business of the AGM concludes.

Accommodation

  • At Belmont: All accommodation needs to be booked including bunks, vans & camping sites.

Ipswich & District Rifle Club Inc. is located on SSAA’s ‘Stewartdale‘ Target Sports Complex at Ripley in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia (approximately 40 minutes west of Brisbane and only 40 minutes drive from the Belmont Shooting Complex, the home of the Queensland Rifle Association).

Ipswich & District Rifle Club Inc. is also conveniently located just 15 minutes drive from both the RAAF Base Amberley and Springfield’s Orion Shopping Centre.
